About me

  • 5th year PhD student in Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin
  • Experienced in multi-phase flow physics, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and discrete element method (DEM)
  • Team player, quick learner, highly adaptable, results-driven, prefer sustainable/long-term approach
  • Optimistic and passionate about life, loves nature
  • Interests: physics, programming, machine learning, open source projects, calisthenics and soccer

I hold a MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University and a BS degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University. My current research focuses on modeling particulate flow behaviors in conduits and porous media with special attention to proppant transport and sand control applications.
